We REVERSE the Examiner’s § 102(b) rejection of claims 3 and 4
over Hershkowitz.
We REVERSE the Examiner’s § 103(a) rejection of claim 5 over
Hershkowitz in view of Woods.
The Examiner’s decision is affirmed-in-part.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
