Oregon Statutes - Chapter 184 - Administrative Services and Transportation Departments - Section 184.619 - Rulemaking authority; orders.

In accordance with the applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183, the Oregon Transportation Commission shall adopt such rules and orders as it considers necessary and proper in performing the functions vested by law in the commission. [1973 c.249 §11; 1981 c.418 §1]
