Oregon Statutes - Chapter 237 - Public Employee Retirement Generally - Section 237.950 - Pre-1953 Public Employees Retirement System abolished.

The Public Employees Retirement System of the State of Oregon, established by chapter 401, Oregon Laws 1945, as amended, hereby is abolished, subject to the provisions of ORS 237.950 to 237.980. [1953 c.180 §2]
