Oregon Statutes - Chapter 255 - Special District Elections - Section 255.115 - Definitions for ORS 255.125 to 255.205.

As used in ORS 255.125 to 255.205, “district” means a district referred to in section 1 (5), Article IV, Oregon Constitution. [1979 c.190 §290]
