As a part of the strategy adopted under ORS 284.615, the Oregon Progress Board shall also recommend statutory or other policy changes, including modifications in public fiscal policies and other implementing actions to be carried out by state and local governments, businesses, private citizens and other organizations. Board staff shall assist local communities, wherever possible, in developing plans and measures of success to achieve the goals established under ORS 284.615. [Formerly 285A.165]
