Oregon Statutes - Chapter 307 - Property Subject to Taxation; Exemptions - Section 307.126 - Federal Communications Commission licenses.

Licenses granted by the Federal Communications Commission are exempt from ad valorem property taxation, and the value of the licenses may not be reflected in the value of real or tangible personal property. [2001 c.429 §2]
