Oregon Statutes - Chapter 342 - Teachers and Other School Personnel - Section 342.455 - Definition of “school nurse.”

“School nurse” as used in ORS 342.465 and 342.475, means a registered nurse who is certified by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission as qualified to conduct and coordinate the health services programs of a school. [Formerly 678.505]
