Oregon Statutes - Chapter 354 - Educational Television and Radio; Translator Districts; Distance Learning - Section 354.665 - Board duties; rules.

A district board shall:

(1) Manage and conduct the affairs of the district.

(2) Establish and maintain funds and accounts for the district.

(3) Establish reasonable rules for the administration of the district. [1975 c.286 §6]
