Oregon Statutes - Chapter 36 - Mediation and Arbitration - Section 36.252 - Director of Agriculture or designee to serve as agricultural mediation service coordinator; rules.

The Director of Agriculture or a designee of the Director of Agriculture shall serve as the agricultural mediation service coordinator. The coordinator shall establish rules necessary to implement ORS 36.250 to 36.270. The rules shall include, but need not be limited to:

(1) Reasonable mediator training guidelines for persons providing mediation service under ORS 36.250 to 36.270.

(2) Fees to be charged for mediation services. The fee schedule should be sufficient to cover the costs of providing the mediation service but shall not exceed $30 per hour per participant.

(3) Methods for advertising the availability of mediation services. [1989 c.967 §3]
