Oregon Statutes - Chapter 414 - Medical Assistance - Section 414.385 - Compliance with Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990.

The Drug Use Review Board, retrospective and prospective programs, and related educational programs shall be operated in accordance with the requirements of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 (P.L. 101-508). [1993 c.578 §11]
