Oregon Statutes - Chapter 414 - Medical Assistance - Section 414.750 - Authority of Legislative Assembly to authorize services for other persons.

Nothing in ORS 414.036 and 414.705 to 414.750 is intended to limit the authority of the Legislative Assembly to authorize services for persons whose income exceeds 100 percent of the federal poverty level for whom federal medical assistance matching funds are available if state funds are available therefor.
