Oregon Statutes - Chapter 418 - Child Welfare Services - Section 418.310 - Application of statutes to institutions caring for adults and children.

ORS 418.205 to 418.310 and 418.992 to 418.998 apply to private agencies and institutions for the combined care of adults and children where the care for children includes day or residential treatment or care. [Formerly 419.140; 1983 c.510 §14]
