If necessary, the Director of Human Services or a designee thereof, the State Fire Marshal or a designee thereof or an officer of a law enforcement agency may appear before any magistrate empowered to issue warrants in criminal cases, and require such magistrate to issue a warrant, directing it to any sheriff or deputy or any constable or police officer, to enter the described property or to remove any person or obstacle, or to defend any threatened violence to the director or a designee thereof, the State Fire Marshal or a designee thereof or an officer, upon entering private property, or to assist the director in any way.
