Oregon Statutes - Chapter 432 - Vital Statistics - Section 432.130 - Compelling access to records.

Any person who is refused an inspection of any record provided for in this chapter may proceed in the manner set forth in ORS 183.480 and 183.484 to seek access to the record. [Amended by 1983 c.709 §25]
