Oregon Statutes - Chapter 462 - Racing - Section 462.277 - Service and execution of warrants of arrest and search warrants.

Enforcement agents, designated as such by the Oregon Racing Commission, shall have the authority to serve and execute warrants of arrest and search warrants in the manner provided by law. [1957 c.313 §14; 1987 c.413 §11]
