Oregon Statutes - Chapter 468B - Water Quality - Section 468B.164 - Encouragement of federal actions.

In carrying out its coordination activities under ORS 468B.162, the Department of Environmental Quality shall encourage federal agency actions that are consistent with the water policies of the State of Oregon. [Formerly 536.112]
