Oregon Statutes - Chapter 568 - Soil and Water Conservation; Water Quality Management - Section 568.903 - “Landowner” defined.

Notwithstanding the definition given in ORS 568.210, as used in ORS 568.909 to 568.933 “landowner” includes any landowner, land occupier or operator. [1993 c.263 §4]
