Oregon Statutes - Chapter 568 - Soil and Water Conservation; Water Quality Management - Section 568.927 - Law inapplicable to certain forest practices.

The provisions of ORS 568.900 to 568.933 shall not apply to any forest practice conducted on forestland as defined in ORS 527.620. [1993 c.263 §12]
