All fines imposed under ORS 570.990 for violation of any of the provisions of ORS 570.010 to 570.050 shall, when collected, be paid to the treasurer of the county where imposed, to be placed in the current expense fund of such county and to be used to assist in defraying the expenses of horticultural inspection.
