Oregon Statutes - Chapter 576 - Agricultural Marketing Generally - Section 576.019 - Discrimination against any product or dealer prohibited.

In the performance of duties, under ORS 576.006 to 576.022, no official or employee of the State Department of Agriculture shall discriminate against any farm or food product, or against any producer, processor, distributor or dealer of any such products. [1955 c.572 §5]
