The State Board of Higher Education, acting through the Federal Cooperative Extension Service of Oregon State University, shall cooperate with the Agriculture Marketing Service of the United States Department of Agriculture and with the appropriate offices of adjoining states to establish and maintain a food product market news service in the Klamath Basin and provide such services for the central Oregon and Malheur areas.
