Oregon Statutes - Chapter 576 - Agricultural Marketing Generally - Section 576.022 - Authority and functions of Oregon State University unaffected; department may seek information from university.

Nothing in ORS 576.006 to 576.022 shall be construed to limit, alter, repeal or duplicate the existing authority and functions of Oregon State University enumerated in ORS 561.362 and full effect shall be given to the provisions of ORS 561.364 and 561.366. The State Department of Agriculture may call upon Oregon State University for such technical and statistical information as it may need and as the university may be able to provide. [1955 c.572 §7]
