Oregon Statutes - Chapter 625 - Bakeries and Bakery Products - Section 625.215 - Sale of unenriched breads prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture, bake, sell or offer for sale for human consumption any of the breads, rolls or buns specified in ORS 625.212 (1) and (2) unless they are enriched. [1971 c.176 §3]
