Oregon Statutes - Chapter 646A - Trade Regulation - Section 646A.240 - Treatment of child support obligations by creditor in applications for extensions of credit.

In evaluating applications for extensions of credit, a creditor shall treat the obligation of an applicant to pay child support no more adversely than the creditor treats or would treat any other obligation for the same amount, terms and duration as the child support obligation. [Formerly 646.861]
