Oregon Statutes - Chapter 654 - Occupational Safety and Health - Section 654.165 - Employees not required to work bare-handed or rubber-gloved on high voltage lines.

No employer shall require an employee to perform bare-handed or rubber-gloved work on a live electrical line with a voltage of 5,000 volts or greater. [1991 c.549 §2]
