Oregon Statutes - Chapter 658 - Employment Agencies; Farm Labor Contractors; Farmworker Camps - Section 658.780 - Protest of registration.

Any individual may protest the registration of any proposed farmworker camp and the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall give the individual an opportunity to state the reasons for the objection. [1989 c.962 §14; 1995 c.500 §5]
