(1) The Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators shall hold at least two meetings each year. At any meeting a majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
(2) The board shall elect annually from its membership a chairperson and a vice chairperson. [1971 c.663 §4; 2005 c.726 §8]
