Oregon Statutes - Chapter 682 - Regulation of Ambulance Services and Emergency Medical Personnel - Section 682.265 - Prohibition against misleading actions regarding qualifications.

No emergency medical technician or first responder shall mislead any person as to the qualifications of the technician or responder. [Formerly 823.215; 1997 c.751 §10]
