Oregon Statutes - Chapter 688 - Therapeutic and Technical Services: Physical Therapists; Radiologic Technologists and Radiation Therapists; Hemodialysis Technicians; Athletic Trainers; Respiratory Therapists - Section 688.201 - Disposition of receipts.

All moneys received under ORS 688.010 to 688.201 shall be paid into the account established by the Physical Therapist Licensing Board under ORS 182.470. Those moneys hereby are appropriated continuously to the board and shall be used only for the administration and enforcement of ORS 688.010 to 688.201.
