The Real Estate Commissioner may prescribe by rule the terms and conditions for licensed personal assistant agreements including, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities of, the limitations on the activities of, and the nature and scope of the business relationship between a real estate licensee and a licensed personal assistant.
