A person may not act as an agent, broker or facilitator for the purpose of making a title or payday loan without first obtaining a license under this chapter, regardless of whether the principal making the loan is required to obtain a license. [2001 c.445 §200; 2003 c.359 §2; 2007 c.603 §7]
