Oregon Statutes - Chapter 746 - Trade Practices - Section 746.690 - Obtaining information under false pretenses prohibited.

No person shall knowingly and willfully obtain information about an individual from an insurer, insurance producer or insurance-support organization under false pretenses. [1981 c.649 §20; 2003 c.364 §167]
