McAdam (not otherwise identified in the record) dated July 2, 1963, for $11,798.81 and July 8, 1963, for $11,785.89. There were often long delays in negotiating the Resyn checks deposited in the Polymer account. Resyn checks totaling $87,750.12, which petitioner deposited in the Polymer account in 1966, were written in 1963. In 1968, petitioner deposited in the Polymer account $10,000 of Resyn checks written in 1967. In 1969, petitioner deposited in the Polymer account a Resyn check for $517.83 written in 1967 and Resyn checks totaling $56,564.76 written in 1968.
