Chemical Traders billed and was paid by Atlas for the linseed oil. As a result, Resyn paid for the linseed oil but did not receive it, and Chemical Traders sold it to Atlas without paying for it. 6. Petitioner's Use of Funds in the Chemical Traders Account Petitioner wrote checks to cash from the Chemical Traders account totaling: $160,824 in 1965, $160,541 in 1966, $256,000 in 1967, $69,500 in 1968, $53,850 in 1969, and $19,500 in 1970. He endorsed all but two of those checks (dated June 28, 1965, for $1,625; and June 1, 1967, for $1,000).
