(Kazoo), for more than 20 years, serving as Kazoo's president, Seminole's vice president, and a member of both boards. Mr. Threadgill is Seminole's secretary, a member of its board, and its longtime legal counsel.3 Mr. High is an employee of Seminole. Ms. High is Mr. High's wife.
