Each statement shows the above purchase price as the contract sales price of the house and shows the builder fee and rent advance for each house as charges to the seller, Raldon, and, thus, as reductions of the amount due to Raldon. Each statement also shows the total of the "amounts paid by/for" EA 83-XII, as consisting principally of the loan proceeds and the sum of the builder fees and rent advances.
