However, Mr. Oren would become the principal force behind Dart’s and, another company, Fleetline’s position in the truckload carrier business. Mrs. Oren was also involved in the trucking business, for more than 20 years, and was in charge of Dart’s human resources. Mr. and Mrs. Oren were the only directors of Dart in 1993, 1994, and 1995. Mr. Oren also served as president/ treasurer, and Mrs. Oren served as executive vice president/ secretary. Dart had two classes of common stock, class A voting stock (33,000 shares) and class B nonvoting stock (3,267,000 shares). Both classes had equal distribution and liquidation rights.
