That your affiant is the daughter of Howard Thompson Sr. and Virgene Thompson and is the newly appointed President of Weavewood, Inc. and accordingly is familiar with the facts and circumstances surround- ing this motion for a temporary restraining order. 2. That your affiant was an employee of Weavewood, Inc., for approximately 13 years. 3. That prior to July 12, 1996, Howard Thompson threatened to take corporate funds by writing a corpo- rate check to himself. 7.
