Texas Estates Code § 1253.001 Application To Transfer Guardianship To Foreign Jurisdiction

Sec. 1253.001. APPLICATION TO TRANSFER GUARDIANSHIP TO FOREIGN JURISDICTION. A guardian of the person or estate may apply to the court that has jurisdiction over the guardianship to transfer the guardianship to a court in a foreign jurisdiction to which the ward has permanently moved.
