Texas Estates Code § 1253.052 Notice Of Application

Sec. 1253.052. NOTICE OF APPLICATION. Notice of an application for receipt and acceptance of a foreign guardianship under this subchapter shall be:

(1) served personally on the ward; and

(2) given to the foreign court from which the guardianship is to be transferred.
