Texas Estates Code § 1253.103 Necessary Orders

Sec. 1253.103. NECESSARY ORDERS. A court that delays further action in a guardianship proceeding under Section 1253.101 may issue any order the court considers necessary to protect the proposed ward or the proposed ward's estate.
