Sec. 1958.302. INJUNCTIVE RELIEF. The department may request the attorney general or the district, county, or city attorney having jurisdiction to bring an action for a restraining order, injunction, or other relief the court determines is appropriate if it appears to the department that a person is violating or has violated this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter.
