§ 3.1-458. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Injunction

In the event of violation of any provision of this article in addition to any other remedy, the Commission may apply to any court of record in the City of Richmond for relief by injunction, if necessary, to protect the public interest, without being compelled to allege or prove that any adequate remedy at law does not exist.
