§ 3.1-461.4. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Milk Commission powers preserved

Nothing in this article shall be construed to diminish or limit the powers and responsibilities of the Milk Commission established by Article 2 of this chapter or to invalidate any action of the Milk Commission previously taken, including without limitation any regulation promulgated thereby.
