§ 3.1-775. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Prosecutions for violations
The Director of the Division of Marketing, with the approval of the Commissioner, is hereby empowered and directed, in his discretion, to cause prosecutions for violation of this article to be instituted through the attorneys for the Commonwealth of this Commonwealth, or otherwise, in counties or cities of the Commonwealth where in his opinion violations of this article are found.
