§ 3.1-770.3. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Judicial review

Any determination of final actions of the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services taken pursuant to or under color of this article shall be reviewable in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.).
