§ 3.1-770.1. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Injunction

The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services acting by the Attorney General or local prosecutor may enforce any provision of this article or any rule or regulation issued pursuant thereto by injunction.
