§ 19.2-302. Construction and administration of {{ 19.2-300 and 19.2-301
Nothing contained in § 19.2-300 or § 19.2-301 shall be construed to conflict with or repeal any statute in regard to the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services, and such sections shall be administered with due regard to the authority of, and in cooperation with, the Commissioner of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services.
