workpiece as required in the appellant's claim 7.
In light of the foregoing, we will not sustain the standing
§ 103 rejection of claims 3, 6 and 7.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims
1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 16 and 17 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed and
the decision of the examiner to reject claims 3, 6 and 7 under
35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
