              57-133149 (OX 13), which is cited in the involved Heuschen application at page 5, line 23,                     
              and in the involved Okamoto patent, at column 2, lines 25 to 33.   Thus, OX 13 and 14 will                     
              be referred to collectively as the Japanese reference.  The Japanese reference discloses                       
              similar polymers to those claimed by the parties, but does not disclose the particular                         
              Kasha Index values recited in the Heuschen claims or the particular molecular weight                           
              ranges recited in the Okamoto claims.  Thus, the Japanese reference would not have                             
              anticipated any of the parties' claims.                                                                        
                             Nor, in our view, would the Japanese reference have rendered prima facie                        
              obvious any of the involved Heuschen or Okamoto claims, since the Japanese
